Tartlets with crab-cheesecake - original appetizer for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Crab meat

    120 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Tartlet

    6 piece

Chopped dill

Garlic (1 tooth.) pass through a garlic press

In a bowl add finely chopped dill, garlic passed through press the garlic, add salt to taste

Add cottage cheese (100 gr.), add to taste black pepper and salt

Crab meat cut into slices

To put it into blender

Crab meat punching blender until smooth and creamy

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese (100 gr.), chopped dill and a broken blender crab meat

Cooked cream and mix well until smooth. The cream is put in a pastry bag and release into each tartlet required amount of cream. Tomatoes cut into slices and add to each slice
