Rhubarb pie
Pie dough with rhubarb and biscuit is a favorite pie from my childhood :))

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Rhubarb

    500 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 tsp

Prepare yeast dough: in warm milk dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar and yeast, add about 1 Cup of flour, mix, density is obtained as thick cream, giving the dough to rise (to stand covered with a tea towel or a lid) for about 30-40 min.
