How to weave braid of 4 parts: instructions for the request of the workers :) Made in 5 minutes of auxiliary material (scarves and photoshop ; )

To take the edge at the base. Decompose exactly 4 parts (I marked them with 4 colors. The first part is red, the second green, the third yellow, the fourth blue).
Take the red part and make it green, then put ON again UNDER yellow and blue.
In the end, the red part will be the fourth in a row - to put it parallel to the other three parts.
Now similarly done with the green part is threading it UNDER the yellow, then OVER blue and UNDER red. Now things once again changed and green was the last.
The same is done with the yellow part, i.e. in a sequence of UNDER - OVER - UNDER and so on with every part, which is the first...
and in the end we got just such an impromptu Hala :))))
