Cooking
I made the dough in the bread maker. All the ingredients are loaded into the bread machine pan in order.
Clean the pumpkin rubbed on a small grater.
In the bread machine pan put the grated pumpkin and put a handful of raisins. Turned on the mode "the Dough".
After 1 hour, 03 minutes, the dough was ready, gave him another 30 minutes. Put on the table sprinkled with flour, was almala and formed balls (buns).
Balls laid out on a oiled and floured baking sheet, let rise in a warm place to increase in size by half. Then put the pan in a preheated 200*C oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Baked buns grease on top of strong sweet tea.
