Dear cooks, I continue to experiment with puff pastry and here's another of my creation to the Day of Tatiana, Tanya, and all students a happy holiday!

Cooking
For the stuffing take the chicken liver (you can choose another one according to Your taste) and thoroughly washed.
Onions, carrots and bacon cut into small pieces. First, fry the bacon heat until Golden brown, then add carrots and onions.
When onions and carrots are slightly Golden, add to it the livers and fry on a slow fire.
When the liver is slightly browned, salt and pepper, cover and simmer until tender liver.
After the liver has cooled, all of them through a meat grinder. The beef filling is ready.
For the preparation of pies we will need puff pastry. It can be prepared by use of a ready purchase. I chose the latter, so I left it for 30 minutes in the room to make it unfreeze. On rectangular sheets of dough spread the stuffing and roll or spin is put on the part of the dough the stuffing and wrap like crazy. Cut all portions. The yolk separated from the protein. He will need it for greasing pies. The mixture will puff pie on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper beforehand. Grease them on top of the yolk. Preheat the oven to temperature of 220 degrees (about 5 min). Put the baking sheet with the pies in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the patties will not get a Golden color.
Puff pies with liver ready. You can now please yourself and loved ones. Bon appetit!
