The FIRST STEP is to fry fish, to make out the fibers, spread in a thin layer, coat the layer with mayonnaise
The SECOND LAYER - finely chop the onion, sprinkle on the first layer, coat with mayonnaise.
The THIRD LAYER is to fry the onions in olive oil, sprinkle on a second layer.
FOURTH LAYER - walnuts chop and fry on a dry pan, sprinkle on fried onions.
FIFTH LAYER - walnuts, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, coat with mayonnaise.
SIXTH layer - the mushrooms and fry until cooked, fluff with mayonnaise
The SEVENTH LAYER from top to grate cheese. To decorate the salad, let stand in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
