Ingredients

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Dark chocolate

    120 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Mandarin

    350 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
To begin, thoroughly wash the mandarins and dry them. Half of tangerine cut into thin slices (3 mm thick) directly with the skin. Free from seeds.
step-1
Half of the remaining tangerine peel and also cut into thin rings.
step-2
Put all into a saucepan and squeeze the juice from the remaining tangerines on top.
step-3
Add lemon juice and sprinkle the top with sugar (2 tbsp). Leave for 30 minutes.
step-4
After that put the tangerines on the fire, let boil and simmer for another 15 minutes. Let cool and remove in the refrigerator.
step-5
Meanwhile, cook chocolate figures for decoration of the future of mousse. Melt 20 g of dark chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. Cool slightly and place in a pastry syringe or just in a bag, will cut your it with the edge and release the candy paper or foil various figures. Then remove them in the refrigerator to harden.
step-6
Melt the remaining chocolate (100g). Add softened butter and mix up.
step-7
Then separately beat into a soft mousse whites, slowly adding sugar. Continue to beat until peaks. Carefully add the whites into the chocolate mixture.
step-8
Mix gently to proteins is not settled. It turns out that's the mass.
step-9
And now assemble the dessert. Laid on the bottom of a glass dessert glass (can not glass but the glass is beautiful) slices of Mandarin and the resulting juice.
step-10
Beautifully stacked and on top of mousse. From the syringe, you can just spoon, as you like. On top decorate with chocolate shapes and served. Better not to keep this mousse in the fridge for a long time, and hold for 15-20 minutes and serve. Help yourself! Very tasty! :-)
