Lasagna
I think many are familiar with this wonderful Italian dish.. but repetition is the mother of learning :))

Ingredients

  • Beef

  • Brisket

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Tomato

  • Butter

  • Cream

  • Milk

  • Flour

  • Dry red wine

  • Broth

  • Cheese

To start, began to prepare the ragu Bolognese. Beef Tujia (back) processed meat. Put to rest. Heavy cauldron warmed, sliced pancetta cubes, tossed into the cauldron, gave to mytopics fat. Pulled out and allowed to stand for 10 minutes, so it wasn't so scalding hot. Put on a plate and cut. Served with a delicious Chianti.
