Description
In a tasty breading any meat, not only Turkey or pork leg (as in the original recipe). This recipe was posted on the website in 2008 by user Lenusjka called "leg of Pork, baked with chickpeas," and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
If You do not have canned chickpeas, it should be soaked overnight. In the morning grind in a blender to puree. Add chopped garlic, mustard and spicy beans, sour cream, salt, pepper, parsley. Mix well. Should get enough thick mass.
Wash the meat, dry with a paper towel, cover all sides with the mixture and place on oiled sheet of foil.
Bake at 200 degrees until cooked. I have 40 minutes. 10 minutes before ready to open the foil and lightly dry the crust out of chickpeas.
