Cooking
All of our ingredients
Soak the beans overnight. Atteriwem and boil together with the carrot, celery, peppercorns and allspice until tender. I cooked in the pressure cooker for 25-30 min.
While the beans is cooking, prepare the gravy. Saute in olive oil the finely chopped onion and garlic in small slices
Cleaned 4 tomatoes peeled and seeds, grind in a blender and put to the onions with garlic, salt, pepper and simmer 10 minutes on low heat. Put the finely chopped parsley. All kneaded and set aside.
Atteriwem beans, throw pepper, and celery (who doesn't love) boiled carrots. I carrot sliced and added to beans. Put all in an oven form.
Lemon peeled and cut segments without membranes (they taste bitter)
Cut into small pieces and put in our beans.
Add all the gravy and stir gently
The two remaining tomatoes cut into circles and cover with the beans on top. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper and oregano. Put in oven heated to 180град., 1 hour.
