Pumpkin pancakes
Very tasty, very quick to prepare and rich in vitamins pancakes you can output to pamper the kids, and not only... Try to cook in 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 cup

  • Apple

    1 cup

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Baking powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.333 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

In a deep dish mix the milk, yolk and baking powder. Add the chopped pumpkin, Apple and knead the dough.

With a mixer or whisk, beat the protein. Gently add to the dough.

In a skillet heat oil, spread with a spoon pancakes and fry on both sides until Golden brown.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and served warm to the table.
