Very rich cake with the taste of vegetables and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Tomato

    1 piece

Cooking

in warm milk add yeast, salt, sugar, oil, flour and knead the dough. Allow to rise.

roll out and place on oiled baking sheet of dough

Will progaram cabbage, mushrooms, eggplant grows on.oil until done, at the end add the grated tomato. Oil drain and allow to cool!

Roll out the pastry and lay on a baking sheet, greased with oil, put the stuffing, sprinkle with herbs and lay thin strips of dough on top.

bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
