Cooking
It's very simple. The sushi rice is boiled according to the instructions until tender.
In rice, add sauce to rice and stir. Give the rice to cool
Prepare a sheet of nori and fish.
From the cooled rice, make a ball and put in it a piece of fish. Do not forget to moisturise your hands with a solution of water with seasoning for sushi Kikkoman (10:1).
