Gingerbread with a coating and a filling of raisins.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Milk

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Raisins

    50 g

Knead the dough.

Make small cakes in the middle put the raisins. I have the small raisins, and I put 4-5 pieces.

Roll into balls and lay on a baking sheet. I got 50 pieces. Bake at 200*C in a well heated oven.
