Honey
On the nose the Easter holiday. That's starting to dig in search of delicious and not bored of the dough recipe. I have a book(for many years) "Waiting for guests", it has recipes for every occasion. Here it is I found this recipe. I want to share with you.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    0.5 pack

  • Salt

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

to prepare the dough-dissolve the yeast in warm milk and add half of the sifted flour.Stir to avoid lumps and cover and leave in a warm place.When doubled,add salt

to pound yolks with sugar and vanilla

pour the yolks into the yeast mixture,add honey

put softened butter

beat the whites to a froth and together with the remaining flour add to yeast mixture.Knead the dough.It is not very cool,but the main thing is not stick to hands.

the dough is rolled "carrot"

GIRLS!!!!Take the form of a small diameter.I put in a regular(26 cm) in the baking process the dough spread on the form.Better to let rising up.Sprinkle top with cinnamon and bake in the oven at 180 degrees -30-35 minutes.Readiness check the torch.

another note--in order that the top does not burn your form,cover with foil,and 10 minutes to remove it.Or,if the top started to burn-take an ordinary sheet of paper(copier) and wet with water,put on the top of the cake.
