Lamb with kiwi
Television New Zealand is an educational program for children "Cool Kids Cooking". Prepare the marinade: mix the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and finely chopped kiwi, salt, pepper to taste. Pour meat with marinade and posterity in the cold for 30 minutes minimum.

My version of guacamole. Avocado mash with a fork, add 1 tbsp lemon (lime) juice, coriander, mint and chopped garlic. Mix it to a smooth paste.
