Meatballs baked with pasta
Meatballs, pasta, sauce, spinach and a little cheese - simple and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pasta

    450 g

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Cream

    80 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Starch

    1 tsp

In minced meat add soaked slices of white bread, cumin, salt, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and add 1 egg. 1 teaspoon of starch. A lot to beat. Boil "al dente" pasta in salted water. Fry in vegetable oil chopped onion. Add spinach 100 g, chopped, and saute for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, and heat. Add the cream, water, salt and pepper. The sauce is ready. Boiled pasta mixed with sauce, spread in a greased form. Spread over meatballs.
