Honey-gingerbread cookies with sugar glaze
Offer you fragrant, soft, honey-ginger cookies, decorated on top with sugar glaze and confectionery topping Dr.Oetker. Cooking is very simple!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    85 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    4 g

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Topping pastry

    1 tsp

Cooking

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. butter mix with sugar.

2. Add the egg and honey, mix well.

3. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

4. Then add in liquid ingredients to dry and mix until smooth.

5. Put the dough in Carnatic or food bag and transplant on with baking paper baking sheet.

6. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes. Then the cookies cool and remove from paper. Cookies are very soft.

7. Prepare frosting. I've been a sugar glaze Dr. Oetker, you only have to warm the sachet in hot water. Warm up the icing according to the instructions on the package.
