Love to buy Pete (under this title we have sold a bread type lavash, but thicker and round). Last weekend I bought and did not eat, throw away the bread can not, and he, of course, will eventually disappear. So decided to experiment... See what happens.

Wash the mushrooms, chop and fry in vegetable oil, add some onions, salt (I put salt instead of soy sauce 500g mushrooms 5 tbsp soy sauce).

Chicken meat grind in a meat grinder (or mince) and fry in vegetable oil with onions.

Now turn sauce. Take a bunch of parsley and the garlic, finely solchem (I did it in blender). In a frying pan with a knob of butter, melt, add our blend of parsley and garlic, a little (just a minute) fry, add the flour, Menudo stir and pour the broth. Boil five minutes, add the cream, another five minutes (all the time stirring!), then add grated cheese, stir to no lumps and the cheese is melted, turn off.

Protiven grease with vegetable oil, put one layer of pita bread, pour the sauce and spread on sauce layer of meat.

Pour on top of meat sauce again, put again the sheet of pita, sauce, mushrooms, sauce and so until the end products.

The latest pita is that the pie cover - cover with the sauce and place into a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 C. after the time, remove from the oven, wait to cool a bit (but you can't wait), cut and eat! Bon appetit!!!!
