Homemade noodles
Today I decided to cook homemade noodles. Now I share with you my works. Maybe someone will be useful.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

To start of these products knead soft unleavened dough. Wrap in a bag and placed in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Then flatten the dough into a sausage and slice crosswise into pieces the size of a walnut. After that, from each piece with your hands to form the flagella of the size of a pencil.
