The recipe consists of two parts: a side dish and a meat dish. I deliberately did not split it into 2 recipes, because it is not quite fair: in General - it served as one hot dish, but in execution they are not related. It just happened in the cooking process. My "installation" dedicated to all veterans, and in particular - to the liberators of Kharkov 23. 08. 1943. Low bow and bright living memory of those who died during the war and did not live up to the 65 anniversary of the great Patriotic war participants. So garnish "monument to the tank", a meat dish - "Sea mine".

Prepare a "monument to the tank" . In a heated pan with vegetable oil put all the spices, lightly fried, with a thin layer distribute the rice on top. Stir, so he got soaked with oil and herbs. Lightly fry.
Pour in the rice, soy sauce, bring to a boil, pour 2.5 cups of boiling water. Stir, cover with a lid. Leave on low heat, checking periodically that the water does not boil dry - if necessary add more. The rice should be crumbly and slightly sticky.
While rice cooks, make fried eggplant (cut into wedges with the skin on!), grated carrot, bell peppers (and can not) in butter on a separate frying pan, add salt-pepper to taste. For rice from the hot plate is useful to us only eggplants - they will go to the decoration. Everything else we use in the second part of the recipe for "Morski mines".
The rice simmer for roughly 20 minutes. Let cool slightly and tightly folded (2/3 of the total number), gently ramming, in a rectangular shape (for the base of the tank). The rest of tightly stacked in a sundae dish, for example (in the form of turret). A couple of tablespoons of rice will leave for the meat dishes. Take a dish and turn over at first base, and the top center of the tower. With the help of God, toothpicks and a piece of eggplant twist the barrel of the tank and fasten to the tower, another slice of eggplant cut a hatch and put on the tower, around the tank from the same eggplant (skin out) put - whether the pedestal,whether of a caterpillar :). From slice of tomato cut out the star and fasten it with a toothpick on the tank. Dish around the tank sprinkle dried dill - lawn, apparently.:) Fu-uh, like, whatever.
Now you need to garnish and meat (for meat eaters and for vegetarians, the rice with the remnants of vegetable frying to eat). SO, "Naval mine" (this dish can go as a standalone, because the garnish is inside). Beats a chicken breast, pour soy sauce and sprinkle with ginger, thyme and black pepper. Spread on foil. So.

Wrap in foil. Warm up the oven to 250 degrees (I have an electric top and bottom heating. Put in the watered water baking bags. Bake for 20-25 minutes, adding water if it evaporates.
