For those who love the "giblets" and zrazy, but too lazy to spend a lot of time )))) Today was just lazy - I decided to experiment and make a hybrid of meatballs and meatball )

Ingredients

  • The pie

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

Potatoes cleaned, cut slices and together with hearts to put on the fire. When boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes (potatoes should not be soft after boiling).

Chilled hearts along with potatoes grind in a blender (a food processor, turn on the grinder). Dobavlen onion, spices, eggs, flour. It is quite sticky Masuko... I was afraid to pour more flour. Sculpt was not very comfortable, but it came out not dry))))).

Hands in cold water, put the meat and on the pan. The first batch I made without the breading, then decided to roll in the flour - came out prettier. ))) Fry literally a minute on each side.
