Chocolate coconut bars
What can you say about these bars? 3 ingredient, low effort. For fans of "the bounty". Chocolate, coconut and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

Melt white chocolate in a water bath, stirring occasionally. Add coconut, mix well. The chocolate should be of good quality, otherwise it may take a longer amount of chocolate to the mix to harden.

Put the mixture in the form of size 18x18 cm and level, tamping. Leave at least an hour to blend frozen. The thickness of the bar can be varied. If you take the form smaller, the bars will be thicker if more slimmer.

Cut the frozen mixture into bars. The size of the bar can be done any way you like.

Melt milk chocolate in a water bath, stirring constantly. Dip each bar in melted chocolate (not hot, about 30 degrees) first one side, then the other, allow the excess to drain. Put on confectionery paper with the edge of the fork touch the chocolate several times to make "waves" and leave it up to complete solidification of the chocolate.
