Quick walnut cake
I'm not good at favorite in their requests, especially when the younger asking for something for tea, so I want to share with you a very simple and quick to prepare recipe. Treat yourself and loved walnut cake!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Walnuts

    60 g

  • Salt

  • Cream

Cooking

To prepare the cream according to instructions.

Mix the egg, sugar and sour cream.

Pour the milk, mix well.

Separately sift the flour, add vanilla, baking powder and salt.

Combine the two mixtures, mix well.

Add chopped nuts, mix well.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180*.

Cut into 2 equal halves and coat with the cream, forming a cake. On top of these cakes can be sprinkled on anything: coconut, grated chocolate, nuts, etc. I used the sprinkles. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into squares and you're done!
