This is a dish we found in a nice Pub "porter" at the bottom of Andrew's descent in Kiev. On the menu it was like a salad from the chef. Delicious - just no words!)))

Cooking
Beans to boil for 10 minutes. As soon as will begin to boil, drain in a colander and let the water drain out.
Chicken fillet cut into pieces, salt and pepper.
Fry in a pan until tender.
Red onion cut into half rings.
To make the sauce: grate the Parmesan cheese and Dor blue.
In a saucepan pour the cream, add the cheese mixture and a piece of butter. Heat until the cheese melts.
When the mixture comes to a boil - pour it into a bowl.
To combine the beans and chopped chicken.
Add the onion to the mushrooms, all fried and hot to put in the salad.
Drizzle the salad with the cheese sauce, stir and serve warm! Bon appetit!
