Cooking
Mix the cottage cheese, milk, vegetable oil, salt.
Add the flour and baking powder. Knead the dough and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Slice (curved knife) pepper, tomatoes, cheese, sausage, mushrooms. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat the oven to t=200°C. Roll out the dough. (I still have the dough for a small pizza, can be made with other fillings). A small digression for those who don't know: pizza (bottom layer) always grease with vegetable oil and ketchup, which I did. Pierce the dough with a fork in several places. Lay vegetables, white cheese, in one word, that is. Put in the oven to bake.
Another tip. After 15 minutes, grate cheese, add 1 egg and mayonnaise, mix and spread onto pizza. Depakite until tender (10-15 min).
