Pie with sorrel
Brought from the garden sorrel... And the dough was. Turned out cake! Sour-sweet, fragrant... just lovely!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    500 g

  • Sorrel

  • Sugar

  • Starch

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Margarine

Roll out second portion of dough to cover the pie, brush with egg and bake. I baked 25 minutes at 180-200, but this is one oven. The cake started to "sulk" in the middle - stabbed several times with a knife.
