Cake
Easter Is Tomorrow. Today I baked cakes for my family and relatives.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Chicken egg

    15 piece

  • Margarine

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    30 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Raisins

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

  • Flour

    2 kg

Cooking

Milk a little heat, add the flour, yeast and a little sugar. Leave the dough to fit the hour and a half.

Take the eggs and separate whites from yolks, mix yolks with sugar. 1 egg take 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar.

Beat the whites that they "were" and didn't fall off the whisk.

Yolks with sugar, pour in the yeast mixture, add salt, melted margarine, flour, knead the dough in the pan.

Add whipped egg whites and more flour, raisins. Knead the dough on the counter until no longer sticks to hands.

Place them in a pan and let rise for about two hours. Then shift in shape. Forms hold for 30 minutes, and in the oven for 1 hour. For cakes I use cans from canned fruit or coffee to the bottom of the cut out paper circle on the wall too paper laid out, all smeared with oil.
