Lemon cake
A very fragrant cake.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Lemon juice

  • Lemon peel

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Walnuts

Squeeze the juice of a lemon.

Butter beat well, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs, juice and zest.

All is well beaten! Separately sift the flour with the baking powder. Add to the mixture. Quickly stir.

Spread half of the batter into a greased and sprinkled with flour form. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and pour the second part of the test.
