Today I want to share a recipe for a wonderful cake that is easy to prepare, but despite this it turns out very tasty, juicy and tender!! In this pastry goes well with curd and a layer of all your favorite berries or fruit.

This is all the necessary products.
You need to melt the butter and leave it to cool.
Sift flour and add to it the baking powder, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg.
Add chilled butter and knead the dough. The dough can be made using a mixer or by hand. It turns out looking like a baby.
Lay off 1/4 of the dough aside.
Grease the form of fat and put 3/4 of our test, which is still in the crumbs, pressing it to the bottom of the form to crumb combined into a uniform batter.
For the filling, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla pudding, sugar and squeezing the juice of half a lemon. The cheese should be homogeneous, without grains.
Beat with a mixer cottage cheese.
Spread the cheese filling on the dough.
On curd put your favorite fruits or berries, with pre-straining off the juice.
Sprinkle with crumbs and put our pie in a preheated 175 degrees oven for 35 - 40 minutes.
This is such a wonderful, tasty, soft and fragrant cake we got.
Retrieved the cake from the mold only after it is cool, allow to harden the curd filling!
And so the cake looks in the cut.
