Potato and pumpkin puree
Well how not to love this pumpkin, at least for its Sunny color? Even ordinary potatoes can make brighter! Understand that, most likely, the dish is too simple and humble for competitions, but "Bright mood" to create can! And this is a good way to interest your little "nehochuh" dinner!

Ingredients

  • Milk

To start, peel the potato, cut it into several pieces and boil. In the pan with the potatoes immediately throw peeled and cut into 4 parts onion. After 20 minutes, add salt and Bay leaf. Cook for another 3-5 min.

And while cooking potatoes, cut peeled pumpkin into pieces (4-5 cm) and also cook in lightly salted water.

When our vegetables are ready, combine them, remove from the potatoes Bay leaf. Mash everything with a potato masher.

Add spices. I have listed the ones that I like the most in this purest, but you can experiment! Delicious, for example, with a small amount of cinnamon. Potatoes well with her "friends".

Then add milk (preferably boiled), butter and sour cream. And very carefully, all the mash until smooth.
