    500 g

  • Brisket

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

To pickle onion: slice thin rings, pour boiling water, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and approximately 20 ml of 9% vinegar. After 20 minutes the marinade to drain. Cut thin slices of pork, bacon. Pork season with salt and pepper.
