Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. A 20x20 baking tray cover with parchment paper. For bars I used the Hercules traditional and quinoa from the company Mistral.
Part of the cereal -20 g grind in a blender into flour.
Mix the crushed cereal with plain cereal in a large bowl.
Add chopped dried fruit, coconut, cinnamon, salt and chopped dark chocolate, quinoa.
In another bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil and honey. ( I have a dark, because buckwheat honey).
Now the dry ingredients, mix liquid ingredients.
Spread on a baking sheet and stamps well with a spatula.
Put in preheated oven. Bake 25-30 minutes, until top becomes Golden and the edges are light brown. ( focus on your oven, you may need slightly less or more).
The cooled cake cut into bars. Store I prefer in the freezer, individually wrapped, just pull out in advance. Also in the freezer I keep ready-made granola or muesli, they stay crunchy all the time, but in the container after some time, their crunchiness, they lose, so moisture give, added dried fruit.
