Chocolate cheesecake Apple pie

  • Sour cream

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.75 tsp

  • Soda

    0.33 tsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

For cottage cheese filling mix in a blender until smooth the cottage cheese, sugar and sour cream.

For chocolate dough: In kefir add soda, stir. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.

Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder.

To the egg-sugar mixture, add buttermilk with soda.

Pour the sifted dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.

Apples peel, cut into slices. Add to chocolate mixture and mix well.

In a baking dish (diameter of my 20 cm) pour the chocolate dough, flatten.

From top to pour the curd and make with a spoon or knife to "marble" divorces. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-45 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer. The finished cake remove from the oven. Allow to cool.
