Chocolate oat candy
It turned out amazingly delicious chocolates without its share of chocolate. But the taste of bitter chocolate with a very interesting structure from Hercules TM "Mistral"! Yummy unusual, very delicious served with a Cup of morning coffee. Even my husband did not understand that they are made without the chocolate and was eating for both cheeks!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Pine nut oil

    30 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.333 pack

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

Cooking

Mix in a saucepan the milk, sugar, cocoa, honey, vanilla and butter.

Bring to the boil stirring and cook for 2 minutes. Add cedar oil (or any vegetable), mix well, cook for 1 minute.

Add Hercules TM "Mistral",

stir and boil for another 2 minutes.

Spread the thickened mass in silicone molds

Decorate with dried fruit and pumpkin seeds, cool. Enjoy with a Cup of morning coffee.
