Pork ribs marinated with pineapple
Going on nature, but nature corrected our plans: it rained. But pickled ribs we cooked at home and ate under the rain with as much pleasure

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    1 kg

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    0.333 can

The ribs cut into portions. Mix the juice of 1 lemon with tomato paste, salt, spices (I used the pepper blend, curry, cumin, herbes de Provence), pour water from the pineapples. In the resulting sour-sweet-spicy yummy marinated ribs and allow to stand. I kept mine in the fridge all night

And again I came to the aid of a convection oven. But you can use the oven if there is no possibility to go to the open air.

Prepared on average lattice at a temperature of 235 degrees, at an average speed of 20 minutes

And that's what happened. Garnish with vegetables, pineapples from banks and kiwi. The combination of sweet and sour pork with fresh kiwi is just amazing!!
