Cooking

step-0
Prepare a large bowl in which to knead the dough. In a separate bowl sift flour.
step-1
Now we need to separate the whites from the yolks. We need 10 egg yolks and 5 egg whites.
step-2
After I separated the eggs, you need to make the dough. In warm milk dissolve 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoons of flour and crumble the yeast. All mix well. Leave to activate the yeast.
step-3
Next you need to whisk the egg yolks with Cup of sugar and the whites with the remaining 1/2 Cup. sugar. To such condition as pictured. If you like a sweet dough, add more sugar.
step-4
So the sourdough came.
step-5
Now the yeast mixture, yolks and whites pour into a large bowl where we are going to knead the dough.
step-6
Mix thoroughly. Add the sifted flour until a thick cream. Top priporocam flour. Cover with a wet towel. Leave for 20 minutes, until bubbles on the surface.
step-7
Next, melt the butter and margarine and mix with sour cream. Is fat.
step-8
While the dough rises, you can prepare the raisins. Rinse with water and leave to dry.
step-9
The dough has approached. See, on the surface of the blisters.
step-10
Here we come to the most serious process, to the dough! Pulls up next to the flour and fat. Gradually add the flour and oil and knead. My mother for 40 min. knead cakes!! But I could not resist, interfere 20 minutes.
step-11
Add the flour until then, until the separation of the hands from the dough will not be such a result, as in the photo. The dough should not reach for the hand, and must come off! And it is also very important not to score the dough with flour. The dough should be dense and soft and sticky. Those who have ever worked with yeast dough, feel.
step-12
Here is the dough should look in the end. After mixing you need to leave the dough for proofing for about an hour, covered with a wet towel.
step-13
While the dough rises, sprinkle raisins a pinch of flour and vanilla and mix thoroughly. This needs to be done to ensure that the raisins are evenly distributed in the dough and in baking does not settle to the bottom.
step-14
Prepare the stuffing. I had the cheese. But these daisies looks spectacular with the Mac. To drive in cheese and two eggs, mix 1/2 Cup sugar with a pinch of vanilla and thoroughly mix with cottage cheese.
step-15
So the dough rose. It should have another move already with raisins. Leave for proofing for another 30 min. When the dough has risen the second time, it is necessary to press down and you can start working with it.
step-16
The dough is still slightly sticky, so your hands and the surface should be lubricated with sunflower oil. Now I will tell you how I formed the chamomile. Abenaim the dough, divide into four parts. One part is placed on the surface, leave the rest in bowl under towel. Roll out a rectangle, evenly spread a thin layer of cheese.
step-17
Turn the roulade and transfer to the pan, which will bake. Give him a ring shape.
step-18
Scissors make cuts as the photo.
step-19
Now shape the petals. Two peas in a row turns outwards, the third wrap inside etc.
step-20
Turn on the oven and leave our Daisy at a delay for 20 minutes to come up. Before you put it in the oven, grease with beaten egg yolk. Put in hot oven at medium heat (I have gas oven and thermometer no. I think 200 degrees) Bake until Daisy are brown. Here's a beauty I pulled from the oven.
step-21
Of this amount, the test I did it 4 chamomile
step-22
Found a photo of the chamomile with poppy seeds.
step-23
Here is the promised cakes!! Bon appetit and happy baking!
