Cooking
Let's start with pineapple. I had 2 of these little and cute. Cut the pineapple into pieces, sprinkle with sugar and pour rum. Do not spare the rum, we do not translate nothing! Leave in the fridge to marinate for 15 minutes.
Next-cream. For about 250 ml of whipping cream, beat with a mixer until peaks. Then add condensed milk (no more than 2 tbsp, otherwise you'll kill the taste) thick coconut cream (200g). Mixer off to the side and just gently mix everything with a spoon. Put into the fridge (or better yet in the freezer) for 10 minutes.
Two coconuts pour water (or its pre-drink) and vystavlyaem spoon.
Take out of the refrigerator pineapple, gently, using a sieve, drain the rum and reserve it for future cocktails (very delicious rum turns out, by the way).
Later in the coconuts put a little rum-soaked pineapple slices on top of some coconut meat.
Put a little cold cream. Then again, pineapple, coconut flesh... and so on to the end of the ingredients.
The last layer is cream. Decorate with sprig of mint or lemon balm and a slice of pineapple.
Gently cover with lids coconut and serve with a long dessert spoons.
Exit to the balcony, breathe in the warm spicy summer air and enjoy the July and dessert! Bon appetit!
PS. In the absence of fresh coconut you can use coconut crunchy, soaked in milk or, in extreme cases, coconut, and serve in dessert bowls or glasses.
