Cooking
Rice with sesame seeds grind in a coffee grinder and add to the sifted wheat flour. Here also add dry yeast, a pinch of salt, 1-2 tsp sugar and pour 100 ml of water. Knead the dough, it will be thick as pies, but elastic, not sticky to hands.
Roll the dough into a ball, cover with a towel and put in a warm place. After 30 min., adding 1 tbsp of sunflower oil, punch down dough and again to clean up.
On a medium grater grate the peeled 1 Apple, add to Apple 4 tbsp jam, 0, 5 tsp cinnamon and stir.
After 40 mins take out the dough approached,
Roll out and cut circles slightly larger than the diameter of the molds. I came up with 11 pieces, the thinner, the better.
Grease the ramekins with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Take the slices and put into molds.
To maintain the shape during baking ramekins to put dry beans or peas. Put the ramekins on a baking sheet. In the oven set at a temperature of about 190-200 degrees. Bake tarts for 10-15 minutes, no more, otherwise you'll overdry it.
To give the tarts to cool, remove from the molds, I cling to a toothpick, and they were well off. Then you can fill them with stuffing.
Prepare the filling: take the egg white, whisk with a small pinch of salt, and gradually add parts 30 g of sugar and whisk to firm peaks.
To applesauce add the meringue and stir.
In the cool baskets we spread the Apple-protein mixture, then thinly sliced Apple,
sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and put in oven for 10 minutes at t 180 gr. and 10 minutes at t 200 gr. I checked the readiness of an Apple. Apple should be a bit brownish.
Take out the finished tarts from the oven, place on a platter and served with tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
