Description
Salad very easy to prepare. Very useful. Very satisfying. Very low (20 - 25 roubles for a portion). If suddenly descended guests, instead of the usual barley, you can use different cereals in bags of fast food. The rest is in the fridge always. Prepared without salt. Shelf life in the refrigerator for 5 - 6 days. Dressings, spices, herbs served separately on the table.

Cooking
Pearl barley to soak, boil. Or prepare a quick bag. Fruits and vegetables be washed thoroughly.
Lemon slices to chop the zest into the size of a pea. Add to the pan with the cooked and cooled barley.
Clean the fish from bones and skins. Crumble, preferably in layers, the most common table knife and add to the pot.

All the fruits and vegetables put in a saucepan and stir gently with a fork. The salad is ready. You can put in a salad bowl and serve. For different dressings, spices, fresh herbs served separately. Everyone will choose to their taste.
A sample of arched freshly ground allspice and black pepper. And watered mayonnaise. The next day, tucked in portion of the ordinary unrefined sunflower oil. Turned out even tastier and healthier.
