Description
Very nice, light and spicy salad is not overloaded with ingredients. I saw on TV and prepared, now I want to share. This salad is easy to prepare in the evening after work, in the morning for Breakfast or before an unexpected arrival of guests.

Cooking
Boiled chicken fillet cut into cubes. Mix in a bowl honey, mustard and soy sauce, pour the marinade on the chicken.
Cut into cubes peaches, lettuce strips, add to chicken, mix well.
Put the salad on a plate, decorate with cherry tomatoes, sliced in half, a little pepper and if needed salt. Drizzle with olive oil and serve. Bon appetit!
