Picking up the baton of cherry season... for Pie lovers wet soaked cakes with sweet and sour notes and a vanilla-coconut scent!

Cooking
In the beginning make cherries: wash, remove seeds and drain in a sieve to stack juice.
Now prepare the dough: eggs, sugar, vanilla, pinch of salt and softened butter whip! And mixer, however I used a whisk and did this process manually.
Once crashed, the oil and the mass was homogeneous add sour cream 150 gr. and baking powder, mix!
The flour to pour the parts, as may leave less than 200 grams.! Sift the flour, pour in a bowl to products 1 Cup and mix. If need it add the spoon rest.
Knead the dough a thick, but flowing. (It took me a Cup + 1 tbsp flour) And leave for 10 minutes.

Parchment (baking paper) greased with butter and lay them to the form. Pour the batter and distribute the cherries close to each other, not tamping. On top of the berries to sprinkle coconut shavings - 2 tbsp. l. Sent in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Meantime, prepare the coconut glaze: sour Cream (300 grams), sugar (3/4 Cup), vanilla and chips to combine in a bowl and mix well.
After the time to remove the cake: the dough should be set and lightly browned.
Cover surface of cake with glaze, to level. And back in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
As coconut tends to burn, then after 10-15 minutes, cover the pie form with a sheet of parchment. And thus bake until ready!
The willingness of cake will tell You the glaze surface: it will become a beautiful Golden color. Pie remove from the oven and leave to cool in the form of 30-40 minutes.
