Buns yogurt with coconut filling
Really wanted buns. Found that the milk soured. Tried to find the recipe for sour milk tive, but on the website nothing was found. I had to experiment. Turned out delicious, so decided to share, can someone come in handy.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Margarine

    80 g

  • Vegetable oil

I made the dough in a food processor. Sift the flour, Dowa yeast, sugar, salt, eggs, softened margarine, pour the heated yogurt. Knead the dough. The dough leave to rise for 1.5 - 2 hours in a warm place. I preheat the oven on the lowest temperature (mine is 50°). turn off and put the bowl of dough, covered with a napkin. (Saw way someone from the chefs, loved it!) While the dough rises, make the filling. To do this, simply mix the sugar and coconut. Remove dough, shape it to balls and flatten into cakes. Grease each loaf with vegetable oil.

To put on the cake toppings (I put 2 tsp on each) and distribute.

Twist in the roll, folded it in half and take.

Lay the buns on a baking sheet and allow to rise for 5 minutes - 10. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 min.
