Airy and fluffy chocolate muffins, the dough which is prepared with the addition of apricot jam and cocoa, no eggs and vegetable oil. Inside-whole dried apricots with a slice of chocolate

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    80 g

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

  • Powdered sugar

  • Dried apricots

    12 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    12 piece
