Apple cider donuts
Probably, from time to time and you just happen: looked in the fridge-and there the mouse was hung up! And the husband asked for something tasty for tea... And to pay two days... so we have to scrape the bottom of the barrel and to invent something!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

In a bowl put the softened butter, cheese, sour cream and sugar. All good RUB with a spoon. Add eggs and lightly whisk. Then add sour cream and stir. Pour in the vegetable oil.

Measure out 250 g of flour, sift it with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Gradually add in the liquid portion, stir. Finally add the seasoning for baking (you can do vanilla sugar). The batter should be the consistency of biscuit. If thick add a little milk.

Apples clean from the skin and the veins inside, cut into small cubes. Added to the batter and stir.

The oven pre-heated to 190 degrees. In muffin tins or muffin spread the dough, one and a half tablespoons, depending on size.
