Cooking
Filling. Mac put in a saucepan or small pot. Pour the milk, add condensed milk, mix well and cook on a low heat, stirring constantly. Interfere need all the time, otherwise the poppy mass will splash in all directions (and hunting we then wash the plate?). Yes, and the milk may burn.
Cook until until almost all the liquid has evaporated. In the end it should be quite thick poppy seed porridge.
Add the poppy butter. I use butter TM "Ekomilk" to 82.5%. Mix well and cool the filling to room temperature.
While the filling cools, prepare the dough. Mix egg, yogurt (or low fat sour cream) and sugar.
Add the soft butter. (I cook with butter TM "Ekomilk")
Gradually add the flour, sifted with baking powder, knead the dough. The dough was soft, gentle and even maybe a little sticky, but flour is not advised. In extreme cases, add 15-20 g of flour, no more!
Divide the dough into two parts, 1/4 and 3/4. In the form (diameter 20 cm) to shell out a large half of the dough, evenly distribute it and make a roll on the edge shape (the lower part of the test so far is to put it in the refrigerator)
Poppy-seed filling is cold. And only now you can add sugar in it. I advise you to try the filling for sweetness. Maybe sweet tooth sugar have to add (50 g)
In the form with the dough evenly spread stuffing.
On a floured work surface roll out second portion of dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut it into strips.
Gently lay these strips on the pie. Or cut dough circles, flowers, leaves, and lay them on top of the pie. In General, it is possible to decorate a cake according to your wishes.
Bake pie in preheated to 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes (until it will turn brown). Cool cake in the baking pan about 25-30 minutes. Otherwise it will be difficult to pass on to the dish: the cake is very fragile!
To shift the cooled cake on a platter or large plate and cool down completely. Before serving sprinkle it with powdered sugar. You're done!
