For a start, make the dough for your favorite pancakes. Our family is pancakes with milk. Eggs, sugar, and salt - whisk a little.

Then enter the butter and milk. The dough is ready. It needs to be put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes more at night. If the dough is a little thick when baking, you need to add a bit of boiling water and stir until smooth.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling for our pancakes! Here are our ingredients. The fish I bought for sandwiches. It is very convenient to use for pancakes. If you have a salmon fillet, then you need chopped, diced, about 0.5 cm.
