Buns with stuffed olives
Recipe and another interesting forming rolls, for lovers of pastry dough, and more!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    9 g

  • Green olives

    150 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

In warm milk dissolve the yeast, add the sugar and 2 tbsp flour, mix well, cover and leave for 15 minutes. Sift the flour in a separate bowl, pour salt, stir.

To make the flour deepening, pour olive oil, add the egg and the yeast mixture and knead the dough. The dough should not be tight. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Then again knead the dough for 5 minutes and again leave in a warm place for at least 30 minutes

To prepare olives.. Drain the marinade and place on a saucer

Ready divide the dough into 10 equal parts. Then each of the 10 parts divided into 3 equal parts and from each to form a strip, with a length of 20-25 cm.

From each strip, connecting the ends to make a loop. On both sides of the loop to put olives.

Rolls lubricate the whipped egg yolk and leave for 15 minutes. Baking tray lay baking paper and put the buns, leaving a distance between them. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees. ( focus on your oven)
