Pancakes with pumpkin
I want to share a wonderful recipe for pumpkin pancakes. Pancakes turn out very tasty and fragrant.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

In a bowl sift flour, add sugar, soda, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, allspice mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and milk, add the vegetable oil, vinegar, mix well.

Add a little pumpkin puree (pumpkin pre-boil or bake, chop, puree), stir. Gradually add the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Put the dough in a warm place (near the stove) for 10 minutes. In a pan pour a little vegetable oil, heat, center, spread a ladle of the test, when the surface of the pancake bubbles appear, you can turn. Fry on the other side, spread on a plate and brush with glaze. Pancakes put a pile, each time lubricating coating.

For the glaze: heat the pan, put butter, melted (watch to not burnt). In a bowl pour the milk, add the cinnamon, salt, whisk, gradually add the oil (cool slightly) and whisk until smooth. When everything is combined slowly add the powdered sugar, mix well.
