Potato spring rolls with rosemary
Here is a spring dish from simple ingredients with fun flecks of carrots, green peas and an amazing aroma of rosemary. You have in mind for the contest "Fast from Moulinex", and hope for Your support!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Olive oil

    10 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Rosemary

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

    5 piece

Put uvarivaetsja potatoes and started on the rest of the components:

Prepare lean dough: In a large bowl pour warm water, sift flour. Add sugar, salt, olive oil. Knead the dough.

Should be plastic, soft ball. It is important not to overwork the dough, that it does not become too dense, so as soon as it ceases to stick to hands, it is necessary to form, cover and leave in a warm place to "rest" :-)

Chopped onion half rings, fry until Golden brown. Then in the same pan with a little "prelusive" grated carrots.

Prepare the spicy mixture for lubrication: in olive oil add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary and any other spice You love

To the boiled potatoes add salt (if needed), olive oil, pepper, spices, you can add a little turmeric to mashed potatoes turned yellow and cheerful.

To the mashed potatoes, add grated carrot, dill (or feathery green onions), stir.

Time to get back to the dough: sprinkle flour over a baking paper, roll out thinly on it the dough to a thickness of about 2mm. Grease it with our olive oil with spices

Put on the dough fried onions.

Then mashed potatoes, and on top of green peas.

Helping yourself with a paper (because the dough is very thin), turn the roll.

We spread it on a baking sheet (preferably with high sides) greased with vegetable oil. Do 3-4 cross-cutting (not cutting through the bottom). Put them green peas.

Suscipiam slits in the centre, generously grease the loaf with the remaining olive oil with spices, again sprinkle with rosemary. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven

Bake 40-50mins until the loaf will be Golden and the edges of the dough are brown.
